Low/High Ropes Course
What to Wear during the High/Low Ropes Teambuilding Program

‘DO’s’
Sturdy sneakers/hiking shoes ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. NO Sandals or Flip flops.
(socks also!)
Long pants – Khaki or denim/jeans. Shorts are OK if it’s really hot out
t-shirt or long sleeve shirt. Tank tops are OK also, but bring a t-shirt to layer over just in case!
If it looks like rain, bring raincoat or Gore-Tex jacket.
Bug repellent is available at the camp, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Water Bottle
Put on your Sunscreen
Energy bar if you think you may get hungry (its a 4 hour program). Lunch will be provided after the conclusion of the program.
If you have a medical condition, allergy, or are not feeling well on the day of the program, please advise the group leader!
Bring a camera to get great pictures of you and your friends!
Most importantly… bring a positive, ‘Can-do’ attitude! It’s contagious!!
‘DON’TS’
NO Flip-flops, sandals, slippers, boots or shoes with heels. For safety reasons, people wearing inappropriate footwear will not be allowed to participate in the Ropes Program.
If you have long hair, bring something to tie it back with
Don’t wear dangling earrings, loose bracelets, watches, long necklaces.
Try not to wear cotton clothing if the weather looks rainy, because it gets wet, does not dry quickly, and you will feel clammy and gross!
NO cell phones, iPods, hand-held games, etc are permitted on the course, You wlll have no use for them, and there is a good chance that the devices could get dropped, damaged or lost during the program.
